Horizontal Slider Windows

A sliding window, or horizontal slider is designed to open laterally, left or the right. They have two sashes, though only one is operational. Horizontal sliding windows are a great middle ground between wanting to allow airflow in your home and getting the best possible view due to their overall size.

BENEFITS OF HORIZONTAL SLIDER WINDOWS

Horizontal windows glide open easily and you can choose whether the sash opens by sliding left or right. Replacement sliding windows are a great choice to replace your current sliders as you can choose to change the operating side on the new ones or not.

You can use sliding glass windows in any home style from contemporary to traditional. Slider Windows are great for projects that need to satisfy bedroom egress requirements.

Horizontal sliders open without protruding making them an excellent choice for rooms facing walkways, porches, or patios. Sliding window replacement is also great for energy efficiency as the two sashes overlap each other when closed, limiting the gaps that may allow heated or cooled air to escape your home.
