Our first Q&A is with Rod Raymond, the Vice President of Sales at Lakeland in Illinois. Lakeland has used MI products for nearly 30 years. By contrast, Huskey Truss & Building Supply in Tennessee just joined the MI team earlier this year. We interviewed Scott Murphy, Huskey’s Millwork/Windows Division Manager, to hear his views about the new partnership. SM: We sell lumber, engineered wood products, wall panels, and trusses.

What do you enjoy most about your work?
SM: I like the problem-solving aspect of the business, along with mentoring and developing employees.

SM: We have been with MI since January of 2020.
