What are your career aspirations?
My passion lies in nonprofit management and philanthropy.
I want to work and grow with a company that understands the importance of giving back to the community.

Why did you decide to apply for an internship with MI?
When I heard about the MI Charitable Foundation and all the good they do, I knew MI would be a great fit for me.

Who did you work with?
I collaborated largely with creative manager Becky Dippel, communications and outreach manager Katie Williard, and director of marketing Tony Matter.

How did you add value to MI?
Through my work with social media, I helped improve MI’s image on multiple sites. I worked heavily on Instagram to increase user generated content and also increased the number of members on our internal team member Facebook page by 89%.

What did you enjoy most?
I loved the freedom I had in my position to implement new approaches and dive into projects headfirst. The most rewarding experience was my involvement with the 20th Annual MI Charitable Foundation Golf Outing. I’m so thankful I was able to be a small part of such a beautiful and impactful event.
