(GRATZ, PA) – MI Windows and Doors recently expanded its leadership team with the additions of Ray Garries, Vice President of Engineering and Innovation; and Richard Allen, Vice President of Replacement Products. Together, they bring over 60 years of industry-related experience to MI. The addition of these two leaders confirms MI’s commitment to the window industry and its devotion to becoming one of the most trusted names with vendors, partners, and customers.

Garries comes to MI after previous positions with Alcoa Building Products and JELD-WEN during which time he played an instrumental role in developing and improving many of the modern standards, codes, and educational materials within the fenestration industry. His broad experience in extrusion, production, tooling, design, and technical standards are a powerful addition to the MI executive leadership team.

Allen, whose primary responsibility is growing and managing MI’s replacement window sales, brings experience from a wide range of industry-leading manufacturers. He most recently worked for Andersen where he held various executive sales leadership positions.

MI is excited about the expansion of its leadership team and all Garries and Allen bring to the company. Each will help MI continue its tradition of manufacturing excellence, product development, and replacement sales.
