About the MITER Foundation Scholarship

The purpose of the MITER Foundation Scholarship is to provide an opportunity to help reduce the financial burden of pursing postsecondary education for graduating high school seniors.

As a company that values passion and drive, we’re looking for applicants that are committed to changing the world. Whether you plan to study nursing, welding, education, finance, criminal justice, art, carpentry, physics, mechanics, or anything in between, we want to reward students who want to make a difference. We’re also looking for applicants who believe in giving back. The MITER Foundation was born from our commitment to our communities and each other, and we believe in our responsibility to those around us – now and for future generations.

A $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to 50 applicants who best demonstrate a passion for learning and a commitment to positively impacting their community. Recipients will be chosen by the MITER Foundation Scholarship Committee based on application responses and essay submissions.
