Information about MI's Quoting Tool (Paradigm)

MI is pleased to offer an electronic quoting tool for you to supply formal quotes to your customers. Once a quote is generated, it can be reviewed and then easily converted into an order. This process is in place to prevent errors in the ordering process. Please use the buttons below to download our quoting tool software, request a username and password, review instructions, schedule a one-on-one training, or email our support staff.

You can email us at ConfigurationSupport@miwd.com with any technical problems or concerns with the quoting tool.  Product related questions should be directed to your Sales Representative or Inside Sale Group.

Be sure to always reach out to your Inside Sales group if you are unsure or unable to build your unit accurately. Electronic orders have very little manual intervention. Please do not rely on notes or comments to alter configurations.  

Use the button below to access the software download for MI's order entry system. The button will direct you to Dropbox where you can download the software. If Dropbox requests you to log in to your Dropbox account, click “no thanks, continue to view”. Then click the download and select direct download. Once downloaded, please install the software on your computer and work with your Information Technology team if you need assistance installing this program on your computer.

If you do not yet have a username for MI's Quoting Tool (Paradigm), please use the button below to email us and request an account. Please note your Quote Tool login information is separate from your Dealer Portal account on our website. A phone number will be required for an account and will not be used for any type of solicitation.

After installation is complete and you log in for the first time, it is recommended that you change your password. To change your password, go to TOOLS in the top left corner and select CHANGE PASSWORD.

If you would like to schedule a one-on-one training session, please email ConfigurationSupport@miwd.com.  Items discussed in the training will show you the proper way to apply markups, build detailed window configurations, set up preferences, or just overall general quoting tool use.
